Hi I’m Cara Dougherty,
A 5th year multidisciplinary communication designer at DAAP. I specialize in branding, print, photo, illustration, and product design––I believe good design finds a problem and solves it. Everyone deserves access to that solution to improve their quality of life. Whether through a short laugh or even being able to find their way to a destination, it's the experience that is impactful. From whimsy, to education, or more serious topics, my favorite projects to work on are ones that tell a story! Outside of design, I minor in Spanish Language & Culture at The University of Cincinnati. In my free time, I love to collage, go to concerts, and try new teas. I'm also quite crafty and love painting, linocut, and watercolors! Let's make some cool stuff together. Contact me below.
